What are our Premium Tools?
Our Premium Tools are tools that we (you) have to pay for. For now, Wordtracker and Keyword Discovery.
The Monthly Subscription gets you access to all but the Premium Tools.
What's the difference between Premium Tools and the Monthly Subscription
The Monthly subscription gets you access to all the tools we have on KeywordTopia.com. It allows you to search all the other keyword tools available.
The Premium tools are the individual tools that you have to pay for, in addition to the monthly subscription, like Wordtracker and KeywordDiscovery.
In order to use the premium tools, you must have a monthly subscription to KeywordTopia, and also have some money in your premium tools balance.
The monthly subscription does not add any money to your premium tools balance.
Why do I have to pay for Premium Tools?
2 Reasons:
We have to buy large chuncks of access to their databases (10,000 queries per month).
How do I add money to my Premium Tool Balance?
By clicking on the my account link in the main menu and then following the links on that page to add more money.
Can I use the Premium Tools with a trial account?
Yes.
A trial account is fully functional. It works the same as a paid subscriber account does.
Shouldn't I just pay Wordtracker for unlimited access?
That depends on how much you use it.
Right now, we charge you $0.09 per query to wordtracker. At wordtrackers current price of $51.94 per month, you would need to do more than 578 keyword lookups per month on wordtracker to make buying their account worth it. If you only do 500 keyword lookups in a month, then KeywordTopia is cheaper than wordtracker and also provides you more results (we get 500 keywords back with each keyword lookup, wordtrackers tools only give you 300 on each keyword lookup...I don't know why...)

- Because the tools are too valuable to give away for free. If we did that they would be abused and become completely ineffective.
- Because those are the terms on which we get access to the Wordtracker and the KeywordDiscovery databases.

- Wordtracker costs average out to $0.08 per query for us.
- KeywordDiscovery costs average out to $0.05 per query for us.
